Treatments & Locations
Where do you provide treatments?
I provide mobile reflexology treatments in clients’ homes, hotels and apartments within the Central London area.
Can I book a hotel treatment?
Yes. Mobile reflexology can be provided in suitable hotel accommodation, subject to the hotel’s policies and your having a suitable private space available.
Can I book an apartment treatment?
Yes. I can provide treatments in suitable private apartments within my service area.
How long does a treatment take?
Treatment times vary depending on the service you choose. Please see the Treatments & Prices page for the available options.
What do I need to prepare?
Just a comfortable, private space where you won’t be disturbed — a chair, sofa or bed is ideal. Everything else needed for your treatment is brought with me.
During Your Treatment
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing is recommended. Reflexology is generally performed on the feet, so you will need to be able to comfortably remove your socks and footwear.
Do you treat medical conditions?
Reflexology is a complementary wellbeing therapy and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical condition or are unsure whether reflexology is suitable for you, please consult your healthcare professional.
Will there be a consultation?
Yes. Before your treatment we’ll have a brief consultation so I can understand your needs and answer any questions you may have.
How will I feel afterwards?
Most clients feel deeply relaxed. Because your treatment takes place where you already are, you can take some quiet time for yourself straight afterwards without having to travel anywhere.
Booking & Payment
How do I book?
Simply complete the booking form or contact me directly with your preferred date, time and location. I’ll get back to you to confirm availability and the details of your appointment.
Does sending an enquiry confirm my appointment?
No. Please note that submitting an enquiry does not confirm an appointment. Your booking will be confirmed once availability has been agreed.
How do I pay?
Once your appointment has been agreed, payment or a deposit is taken securely online by card. Session packages can also be purchased in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments are reserved specifically for each client, so all payments and deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the full appointment fee being retained. Please read the full Cancellation & Refund Policy.
