Please read these terms carefully before booking an appointment.

At VD Reflexology London, appointments are reserved specifically for each client. For this reason, all payments and deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

The Terms

All payments are non-refundable.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the full appointment fee being retained.
No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
If you arrive late or are unavailable when the appointment begins, the treatment time may be shortened and the full appointment fee will still apply.
In exceptional circumstances, changes may be considered at the discretion of VD Reflexology London.

Enquiries & Confirmations

Please note that submitting an enquiry does not confirm an appointment. Your booking will be confirmed once availability has been agreed. Until that confirmation has been given, no appointment is held in the diary.

Treatment Packages

Session packages of 5 or 10 treatments are purchased in advance and are subject to the same terms — all payments are non-refundable. Individual sessions within a package are booked in the usual way and the 24-hour notice period applies to each appointment.

Changing an Appointment

If your plans change, please let me know as early as you can by WhatsApp or email. Where more than 24 hours’ notice is given, I will always do my best to find an alternative time that suits you.

Health & Suitability

Reflexology is a complementary wellbeing therapy and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. If you have a medical condition or any concerns about whether reflexology is suitable for you, please speak with your healthcare professional before booking.

Access & Suitable Space

Treatments are provided in homes, hotels and apartments, subject to a suitable, private space being available and — in the case of hotels — to the hotel’s own policies. If a suitable space is not available on arrival, the appointment may not be able to go ahead and the full fee will apply.
